HEET defeated Sinners 2-1 in a very close series

Today we played our third match of the Thunderpick Bitcoin Series.

In a nerve-wracking series, we managed to claim a 2-1 victory against Sinners.

We didn't start in the best way as we lost the first map of the series 16-13 on Inferno.

However, we were able to bounce back on Vertigo. After four overtimes in a game both teams refused to lose, we were able to come out on top with a 28-26 win.

In the final map, we saw once again a very back and forth contest. On Nuke there was needed overtime to decide who would take the series win. At this point, overtime is already our second home and we managed to secure the 19-17 win.

With this victory, we now sit with a 2-1 record in the group stage of the Thunderpick Bitcoin Series.

However, our action for the day is still not over. We will play against Akimbo for the ESL Challenger League Season 40 Europe.
